Acne

This formula is healing, detoxifying, supports the immune system and is a general skin tonic.

It contains Burdock, Calendula, Echinacea, Blue Flag and Yellow Dock. Recommended dosage is 5ml 3 x a day

Anxiety

This mix is calming, muscle relaxing, and helps settle heart palpitations. Also helps facilitate sleep.

Valerian, Skullcap, Passionflower & Motherwort.
Recommended dosage is 5ml 3 x a day or as needed

Arthritis

This mix is anti-inflammatory, stimulates circulation and supports the body in eliminating pro inflammatory substances.

Devils Claw, Boswellia, Celery Seed, Prickly Ash, Ginger.

Recommended dosage - 5ml 3 x a day

Asthma

This is an anti-spasmodic formula that helps control the symptoms of asthma.

Grindelia, Euphorbia, Adhatoda, Kantikari.

Recommended dosage - 5ml 3 x a day or as needed

Boils

Immune supporting, blood cleansing and detoxifying.

Echinacea, Cleavers, Burdock, Coptis & Amla.

Bronchitis – see cough

Candida ( Digestive and systemic)

Anti-fungal, healing and immune supportive.

Pau D’Arco, Echinacea, Calendula, Oregano, Triphala.

Recommended dosage - 5ml 3 x a day

Candida (vaginal)

A highly effective and relieving formula
Marshmallow, Calendula, Pau D’Arco & Witch Hazel.
Dilute 5-10ml in 50ml water (boiled and cooled) with 50% vinegar as a douche. Use 2-3 x day

Common Cold

Immune stimulant, mucous membrane tonic and diaphoretic, which will speed up recovery time.
Echinacea, Chinese Cinnamon, Elder, Lime Flowers, Ginger & Rosehips.

Recommended dosage - 3-5ml, 5 x day in hot water

Colic

Fennel, Chinese Cinnamon, Peppermint, Chamomile & Marshmallow.

Use 5ml as needed

Available in a glycetract for children.

Brain Tonic

Will help with short term memory and learning with long term effects in improving memory and preventing memory loss.
Bacopa, Gingko, Rosemary & Schisandra.
Recommended dosage - 5ml 3 x a day

Constipation

Cascara, Fennel & Licorice.

Take 5ml as needed

Convalescence

Amla, Withania, Rhodiola & Licorice.

Recommended dosage - 5ml 3 x a day

Cough – Dry

Soothing to the trachea and chest, indicated for non productive coughs. Suitable for both, adults and children. Tastes delicious!!!
Ribwort, Turf Lily, Aniseed, Licorice.
Recommended dosage - 3-5ml, 3-5 x day

Cough – Wet adult

Antiseptic, expectorating cough tonic for productive and congested lung conditions.
Long Pepper, Thyme, Elecampane, Chinese Cinnamon, Fennel.

Recommended dosage - 3-5ml, 3-5 x day

Cough – Wet children's formula

Chinese Cinnamon, Long Pepper, Fennel, Thyme & Elecampane.

Recommended dosage - 3-5ml, 3-5 x day

Cystitis

Anti microbial and soothing to the urinary tract.

Purslane, Picao Preto, Buchu & Licorice.
Recommended dosage - 5–10ml, 3-5 x day

Depression

Will enhance mood and reduce symptoms of depression.

Diarrhoea

This mix will astringe therefore firming the bowel motions while soothing the inflamed gastrointestinal tract membranes. Will also reduce gripping pains. Also available in pleasant tasting glycetract for children.
Cranesbill, Peppermint, Marshmallow, Chinese Cinnamon & Fennel.
Recommended dosage - 5ml 3-5 x day

Dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation)

Will help with pain and cramping. May improve symptoms over time, even if only used when symptoms are acute.
Cramp Bark, Wild Yam, Ginger & Corydalis.
Recommended dosage - 5ml 3-6 x day

Eczema

Anti allergic and anti inflammatory formula. Healing and detoxifying.

Baical Skullcap, Albizzia, Nettle & Gotu Kola.
Recommended dosage - 5ml 3 x day

Exhaustion

This formula will support the adrenal glands and nervous system. Thus helping people cope better with stress and increase energy.

Flatulence

Will improve digestion, ease intestinal colic and wind. Also anti microbial for gastrointestinal tract infestations.
